 Since all of our software products are available for free trial before purchasing, refunds will not normally be given unless there is a serious issue that occurs after installation and cannot be resolved by our technical support. In the case of a purchase for the wrong machine type, our normal policy is to transfer your registration to the correct type. In all cases, refunds will be given at the sole discretion of HLCSoft, LLC. |
